A+W NZ Attended Parlour's Transformations Symposium (Melbourne)

The wonderful Parlour Transformations: Action on Equity Symposium was held recently in Melbourne, and A+W NZ was there. Here are a few snaps (thanks to the official Parlour photographer) of Co-Chair Divya Purushotham, Secretary Ysabelle Empiso and Kathy Waghorn in several workshops, lectures and breaks.

One of the panellists was Ekta Nathu, recent organiser of the Wellington A+W NZ Speed-Mentoring event.
Of course the NZers at Parlour, Justine Clark and Gill Matthewson were some of the forces behind the whole event.

Hosted / curated by Parlour and the University of Melbourne. The symposium consisted of two days of lively, incisive and necessary conversation on gender equity in the built environment professions - reflecting on the impact and effect of recent action, explore emerging topics and precipitate future work. Held in Melbourne on 14th and 15th November. The 2-day programme was very insightful, dense, and eye-opening.

Look out for Parlour's videos of the Panels and Workshops - we will post the links to them on this page.
