Michelle has been involved in the construction industry for a wide range of projects – from prefabricated community housing projects, to hands-on ventures such as renovations and interior design.
Her involvement with the architecture school as a tutor and thesis coordinating assistant has provided a stimulating and critically creative outlet, whilst establishing a good connection with the community.
Michelle has a strong interest in cities and urban densification as her research focused on radical speculative architecture with an emphasis on public transport and rapid urbanisation.
She is determined to contribute to the shifting housing typology of Aotearoa New Zealand.
