I’m a Moscow-trained architect, originally from Russia, and graduated in 2011. After moving to New Zealand, I completed four papers at Unitec in 2020 to further align with local standards. I have extensive experience in residential and commercial interior design, along with architectural work on a variety of projects.
I’m currently based in Auckland, working on house-and-land packages for our company, Hauraki Property Services. I’m passionate about practical, well-designed spaces and bridging design with delivery. I’m looking forward to connecting with others in the AWNZ network.

Looking For a Mentor
I’m open to mentorship opportunities, particularly in the area of designing for house-and-land packages. While I’m confident in concept design, drafting, and navigating planning rules myself, I’d really value another pair of experienced eyes — especially to ensure compliance with the NZ Building Code and local planning requirements. We’re currently developing a range of house packages that clients can build on their own land, so support in refining this process would be incredibly helpful as I continue to grow in this space.

Renovation of the office building (architecture and interior design)
As part of my role at Gaze, I was the Senior Interior Designer for the renovation of Asmuss — a 1,500 sqm commercial project involving both interior and exterior upgrades. The scope included spatial planning, finishes, and overall interior design direction.
