I developed the initial architectural concept for the two-level “5K Square” modular villa, one of a collection of residential typologies offered by LOCI to local clients. My role included developing the design concept, exploring flexible configuration options based on client requirements and available plot GFA, and resolving architectural details to maintain a clean and minimal aesthetic through subsequent design stages. I also supported the early structural and MEP coordination, working with the relevant consultants to ensure the architectural concept was effectively integrated with the technical requirements of the project.

I designed and delivered a private residence, taking responsibility for the project from concept and design development through to construction and completion. I was involved in developing the architectural design, coordinating consultants and contractors, selecting materials and finishes, resolving technical and construction details, and overseeing the work on site. Working on my own home allowed me to be closely involved in every stage of the process and to explore the relationship between architectural design, functionality, materials and everyday living.

I worked directly for the developer on a residential development comprising 291 townhouses at Jumeirah Golf Estates. My role involved coordinating with the developer, multidisciplinary consultants, contractors and specialist teams throughout the design and delivery process. I was involved in design development, technical coordination, documentation and resolving design and construction-related issues, ensuring the project requirements and design intent were effectively coordinated and delivered.

I collaborated closely with the client, multidisciplinary design consultants, structural and MEP engineers, traffic consultants, the main contractor and specialist subcontractors, as well as relevant authorities. As Project Lead, I coordinated these teams throughout design and construction, ensuring effective communication, resolving technical and design issues, and managing the required authority submissions and approvals from our consultancy side.
