Min Hall practised architecture in the Nelson region for three decades on her own account and as co founder of Arthouse Architecture Ltd. She was the first woman to graduate from Victoria University School of Architecture and has received a number of awards. Min was a member of the inaugural NZIA Environmental Group, and is a member of NZS committee that drafted the 1998 and 2020 Earth Building Standards. In 2012 she completed a M.Arch investigating the performance and potential of earth and straw bale as building materials in New Zealand.
She teaches at the Unitec School of Architecture.
