Elizabeth has more than 14 years’ experience working in design focused practices both in the UK and New
Zealand.
Her expertise ranges from high end residential projects, social housing, mixed use developments and interior
fit-outs. She has been highly involved in all aspects of these projects and has extensive experience with detailed
coordination, project leadership and delivery while effectively liaising with clients and stakeholders.
Elizabeth spent 7 years working in London on residential projects located in some of London’s most
prestigious addresses. On her return to New Zealand in 2014, she rejoined Architectus Auckland and is leading
the team designing the first residential development within the Wynyard Quarter in Auckland.
Elizabeth has a commitment to design enquiry and place making. She strives to engage with clients and users to understand their requirements, gathering this
with a thorough understanding of the contextual opportunities and constraints. Her keen attention to
detail and a collaborative approach to team working brings the best possible buildings to completion.
Active within the creative arts and architectural community, Elizabeth regularly attends design crits and
teaches Advanced Design at The University of Auckland.
Elizabeth had the honour to be part of the jury for the inaugural A+W NZ Awards in 2014.

Fitzroy Place
The former site of The Middlesex Hospital, Fitzroy Place is a mixed use development of residential, hospitality, commercial and retail in the heart of Fitzrovia. Johnson Naylor are responsible for the interior architecture of the 235 apartments, penthouses, residents facilities, prototype and marketing suite.
