New Zealand born, Sydney based Architect, I graduated from Auckland Unitec School of Architecture with a B.Arch and M.Arch degree. Registered with the NZ and NSW Architects Registration Board, I run my own small practice working on residential and commercial projects throughout Australia and New Zealand. Over the years I’ve enjoyed being part of the support crew for Glenn Murcutt’s International Master Class and attending the Architecture Foundation Australia ‘Total Immersion’ Summer School.

Treetops
Responding to the high winds that buffet the site, Treetops sees a sloping roof encase a protruding form sitting lightly on a series of rounded steel columns, immersing the addition amongst the tree canopies. The resulting structure celebrates a shared openness, both internally and out, into the natural elements—as the old and new converge through a series of considered gestures.
