It's been almost 3 years since our big move to Hamilton. It is not a bad place after all, especially those well-marked cycle lanes. The public transport is improving gradually and the connection to Auckland is marvelous - purely for family reason.
Prior to our shift, Wanganui was my home for 15 years. I worked for BSM Group Architects Ltd (used to be Southcombe McClean Architects) for 9 1/2 years. The works were mainly Educational and some residential projects. Then I had the opportunity to join Craig Dalgleish at Dalgleish Architects for 4 1/2 years and worked on some commercial and healthcare projects, including the extension at Palmerston North Hospital before the big shift. I love the arts and history not just in Wanganui but also the neighbouring towns like Marton and Feilding.
Besides the cow bell and rugby, I am getting to know the community in Hamilton better each day.

One of favourite projects when I started work at Southcombe McClean Architects (aka BSM Group Architects Ltd) after graduation. I was inspired by the Doxology - the Trinity connection in Catholicism.
