I envision healthcare architecture to be spaces of healing that are easily accessible by people from all walks of life. My earlier studies in health sciences and pharmacology has given me a scientific perspective of how thoughtful architecture - through the likes of planning, materiality, nature, light and form - can be incorporated to achieve healthful outcomes. My Masters of Architecture research explored how such healing spaces could be implemented (drawing from local art and influences) in rural communities, and the positive impacts this can have on existing social issues. A multi-faceted approach, strong interpersonal skill set, and sensitivity towards people and architecture have served my leadership roles on various architectural project types across NZ
Please feel free to be in touch with me, I'm passionate and optimistic about conversations, strategies and practical methodologies forward.
