I studied my Ba in Architecture at Nottingham Trent University, UK and then my BArch at Newcastle University, UK. Following this I moved to Christchurch, NZ to travel, but ended up finding a great company to work for and have stayed in NZ since.
With my career I have a lot of things I would like to achieve. I would like to be a researcher, a designer. I want to make a difference to people's lives, which is why I find working on earthquake repairs so rewarding. I want to provide shelter and make a positive impact to our society.

The Eco-Crematorium
The design is an emotional journey for the individual in terms of recognising their own mortality, their own emotional strength and independence when coming to terms with the experience of Death, but it is also a design which highlights alternative methods of cremation and provides a building which invites non-relgious people to commemorate the deceased in a modern way.
