To Wander-Urban Arts District
Located within the Christchurch CBD, this proposal aims to ignite attraction with the surrounding streetscape. The monolithic forms and porous site plane intrigue one's interest to wander into the district. Remembering my childhood nostalgia of the Christchurch Arts Centre, this proposal provides a similar atmosphere through guiding the individual on a creative journey. Through a series of spaces catering for busking, public workshops and a gallery, one can take their time to appreciate and engage with each space.
