After graduating from Victoria University of Wellington, I practiced both in New Zealand and overseas, latterly throughout Micronesia., where I developed a focus on retail and hospitality architecture. I have now moved out of full-time practice and am working as a Senior Lecturer in studio courses within the BAS degree programme at Otago Polytechnic. I am passionate about the juncture between educational pedagogy and vocational practices. My current research focuses on interrogating educational practice in an environment that is experiencing rapid change.
