Architect or Experienced Graduate - Fineline Architecture

We're Hiring!

We're seeking an Architect or an Experienced Graduate with 5+ years experience to join our practice. We specialise in residential, hospitality, and workplace projects, all driven by a strong commitment to sustainability. This role is perfect for someone looking to get registered in the coming years and gain hands-on experience across all stages of projects—from initial client engagement to site observation. You’ll have the opportunity to independently drive projects while collaborating closely with directors.

What we’re looking for:
5+ years post-grad experience
Expertise in ArchiCAD and Adobe Suite
Strong design and sustainability focus
Proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Excellent documentation skills

This role is initially a 6-month contract, with the potential to become a permanent position. We offer flexible working arrangements and a 4-day work week, to support work-life balance. Our practice is based in Nelson.
