A+W NZ submitted to the consultation process for Modernising Parental Leave, which addressed the Parental Leave and Employment Protection Act 1987. The Parental leave and Employment Protection Act became Legislation in 2014.
The A+W NZ component formed part of a broader submission by the NZIA to the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment, and was headed by Rebecca Green.
