Dr Julia Gatley presented this paper at the SAHANZ Conference 2014, held at Unitec in July 2014 and subsequently published in Translation, the proceedings of conference no.31.She presents perhaps the first comprehensive literature review of published material to date of women's involvement in New Zealand's architectural history, providing an invaluable foundation to build on.
