And that's a wrap! Architecture Week 2016 is all over, and what a week it was.

AK16:

Thank you to everyone who came out to our exhibition 'The Timeline Revisited' at the silos, and our very lively events of 'The Common: Housing Our Communities' last Thursday, 'Rā Waiata' on Saturday morning, and 'Local Women Speak' on Saturday afternoon. Rain, shine, and pre-dawn we are thankful for the great turn out!

Of course this wouldn't have been possible without the tribe of people who worked hard behind the scenes to make it happen!

Our core team of organisers: Nicole Allan (AAW coordinator); Lauren Speer, Kitty Fan, Rebecca Green (Local Women Speak team); Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei for organising our morning on Takaparawhau with Elisapeta; Hannah Sharp and Sukshma Paranjpe (The Common); The Chow Hill install & deinstall teams at the silos, as well as Divya Purushotham of WaM.

Of course, our sponsors help to make everything possible, too! Thank you to Resene and Stellar Recruitment for your ongoing support of Architecture+Women •NZ; and thank you to Architectus for supporting Local Women Speak on Saturday. Of course, thank you to the NZIA for the support every Architecture Week.

WGTN16:

The Wellington team have just completed their wonderful and well-attended Toast Breakfast Series, and held the A+W•NZ Express Series again at the City Gallery, also gaining a great lunchtime crowd. Thanks to Marianne Calvelo, Peggy Russell, Ariana Pia, Kirsty Jones, and Bridget Lensen. Note also the efforts of A+W•NZ member Vanessa Coxhead on behalf of the NZIA Wellington Branch for the wider AW16 events held in Wellington.

CHCH16:

Thanks also goes to the A+W•NZ Canterbury Branch for their organisation of the A+W•NZ & HOME Magazine Panel discussion held in Christchurch - Jane Rooney and Chloe Coles in particular.

A huge thank you from Lynda Simmons (Co-Chair), Elisapeta Heta (Secretary) and Nicole Allan (Treasurer).
