Architectural Career Breaks

Architectural Career Breaks

Are you an architect, architectural graduate or architectural designer who has taken a career break for parental leave, sick leave, or study leave? We want to hear from you!

Share your valuable insights and experiences regarding your career break and how it has impacted your journey in the field of architecture. Tell us about the level and types of support you've received from your workplace, and other organisations like NZRAB and NZIA.

Your input will help us better understand the support that is needed by people who have taken or are taking career breaks. We plan to use this information to start a conversation with NZRAB and NZIA about creating a more supportive and inclusive environment. This survey is anonymous.
