Melanie is an Associate within the Beca Design Practice. She is an experienced architect and interior designer with 17 years’ experience both in Auckland and New Plymouth.
She has worked across a range of building typologies including High End Residential, Multi-Residential, Light-Commercial and Hospitality. She has strong interpersonal and communication skills that allow her to adapt to group situations, build relationships and achieve results. She has proven design and construction knowledge, with a sound understanding of the New Zealand Construction Industry
In addition, Melanie is a presenter on the APL Graduate Architecture Programme run by the New Zealand Institute of Architects. She enjoys combining her Secondary Teaching Diploma with the teaching of Professional practice.
