The A+W NZ Speed Mentoring series is designed to create easy access to/with people at all stages of the profession (students, retirees, in-suspension, academics, practitioners of any experience level), without the formalities usually associated with structured mentoring programmes. The initial 2015 event was created by Janice Au, Siran Li, Kayley Feng, Bojana Kavrakovska and Pam Sando and there have been over ten A+W NZ Speed Mentoring events since, mainly organised by teams led by Kitty Fan, Lauren Speer and Joy Partridge, as well as regional teams.
The events are fast-paced and fun, as well as being a highly valuable way to talk to many, many people - of all stages in their architectural lives - in one evening. As with all A+W NZ events, all genders welcome. These events book out very quickly, so keep an eye on the newsletters for where and when the next one will be held.
